When Park City, Utah ski bunny Alana sat for her Playmate test, she had just given up her ski racing career to focus on college and modeling. She appeared in a Pepsi commercial and posed for hairstyle photos, but her life took a sudden turn when she ran into Playboy's Stephen Wayda at a photography studio. "I enjoyed the test shootings - even though I was nervous - because I was treated very well," said Alana at the time of her test shoot, adding that she hoped her final Centerfold would uphold the image of Playboy magazine.
