Joanne Arnold is an American actress and model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the May 1954 issue. She also appeared on the covers of the March 1954 and August 1955 issues.

 After admiring her style in the March pictorial "Sex Sells a Shirt," readers asked for more of popular nude model Joanne Arnold. Two months later they got it. Joanne's centerfold has been erroneously attributed to Peter Gowland, who shot her for an August 1955 layout, Gowland's Cool Pool, and for the cover of that issue.
